Item Inquiry

1. If you are looking for specific items that is sold on Japan sites but they're not shipped internationally, please send us the link and the name of the item. And we will get it for you.
2. If you are looking for items that are not shown in our site, leave an inquiry about it in the tagboard or you can look for us on msn. 
3. Please be aware that not everything is shown on the site.
4. You can look for either one of us, and we will get back to you asap. You can inquire through the tagboard or msn! Please look at the contact list for our e-mails. 

1. Click on the links under Categories to browse.
2. Check out the products.
3. Go to "PAYMENT AND DELIVERY METHODS" section and click on the Order Form. 
4. Fill in your details FULLY. 
5. In the products section, please type in the name of the item you want and the quantity.
6. Review your order and click Submit. A reply bearing our BAIDURI ACCOUNT NUMBER and payment instructions/Meet-up instructions will be sent within 24 hours.
7. If you choose banking, then go to Baiduri Bank and deposit the amount of deposit or payment stated in the replied e-mail into our account. This has to be done within 3 days or your order will be cancelled.
8. For assurance that you have already deposited the money, please take a picture of the receipt obtained from depositing manually OR ATM banking and reply to our e-mail.
9. We will reply to you and please wait 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive if it's released. If not, please wait for 1-2 weeks after the released date. 
10. Shipping fee will only be needed for Japan-exclusive items. Non Japan-exclusive items will not require you to pay any shipping fees. Shipping fee and the rest of the payment will only need to be paid when the item arrives. And it will be Cash on Delivery.
