- Cancellation is NOT allowed so serious buyers only! Buyers who canceled at the last minute will have their deposits forfeited to us. No complaints! This is our policy.

- Items are subjected to come at a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, especially for those limited items which are hard to get.
- All items are expected to come in 2-3 weeks. The fastest will be 1 week after order.
- All items will arrive by EMS.
- Please be reminded that an item can go out of stock anytime before the preorder deadline for each figure actually ends. You will be contacted if that happens so it is highly recommended that you order early.
- Once we received your payment, we will order the item through our supplier immediately.
- Once the goods arrive, customers will be given one week to pick up the items. Failure to do so will have your item + deposit confiscated by us and you will be blacklisted.
- We will contact you when your item has arrived so please MAKE SURE the order form is fully detailed. Failure to do so will have your order rejected. No order form + payment within 3 days = NO ITEM.
- All deposits and full payments will need to be done within 3 days after the order form is sent.
- If payment is NOT done within 3 days, you order will be canceled and rejected.
- Deposits will need to be made for each order.
- Deposits are only available for items which are on PREORDER.

- A 50% deposit will be needed if the pre-order/released item cost below $100.
- A 70% deposit will be needed if the pre-order/released item cost above $100.

- Everything listed or quotes we give you for the items not listed are inclusive on the shipping fee unless otherwise stated!
- Discontinued items or items that are rare will have different quotes and WILL BE ADDED shipping fee!
- Japan-exclusive items will need to be ordered specially and they have different arrival dates. Please understand that since these type of goods are hard to get a hold of so there is extra fee (bank transfer + domestic + fee) that needs the buyer to pay for. And of course, that is not inclusive of shipping fee to Brunei.
- Pre-ordered items will have a deadline. For example, if an item is scheduled to be release in DECEMBER, then our policy is to close the pre-order the first week of the month (November in this case) so we can secure the items. SO PLEASE ORDER BEFORE the earlier deadline.
- However, sometimes it is not within our control that the item goes out of stock! So once an item is announced for pre-order, we recommend the buyer to order with us immediately to secure the item!
- Please be aware that when pre-order is closed, we will not open the pre-order item until it's been released. If our supplier has more stocks, we will open it for order once again. Normally, we will close the preorder for that specific item in the first week of the released month than it's release so please submit your order and pay before then.
- Deposits will be needed before we actually place order for the items. For items which cost $100 and below will need a 50% deposit of the price, but not inclusive of the shipping fee. For items which cost $100 and above will need a 70% deposit of the price. Shipping fee will be charged differently according to the item type (see shipping calculation).

- Items which are released can be ordered immediately.
- There is a rare chance that it might go out of stock, but if that happens, we will let you know immediately.
- Payment will be needed and be paid WITHIN 3 DAYS after the order form is sent.
Discontinued items MAY be available again if we happen to be able to get our hands on it. However, please be reminded that unless we can get it directly from our supplier, the cost for the item will be a very different price. (A bit tad expensive and shipping is not included.)
As for back ordered goods, you're in luck. Although there's a chance that it will not be available, these goods most of the time will be 50% available! You will still be charge with the price we originally set. (Shipping included!)
